I adore the team and service at Off & On in Auckland. They are incredibly accommodating and delightful, and I have never had a negative experience. The salon, decor, equipment, and products are all top-notch, and every cent is worth it. The pricing is very reasonable! Each staff member is highly skilled, professional, and provides excellent advice and aftercare suggestions. Unfortunately, the stylist seemed inexperienced, giving the impression that it was their first time cutting a men's hair. I had a dreadful experience last week. I went in for a nose piercing and ended up with two holes in my nose and lots of pain. The store manager pierced my nose only to have the gun and stud stuck. She tried multiple times to remove it while blood was flowing down my face. Finally, she took out the stud, ouch. I really wanted the piercing to proceed without having to come back another day. I switched sides and successfully got pierced the second time on the other side. In short, she didn't offer me a refund or anything, for that matter. I found her very unprofessional.
