Staff is very lovely and attentive, but even though I specifically asked for one gel extension nail repair, I was persuaded into a full infill. I agreed, and then acrylic backfill was put on my gel extensions! They used a lot of drilling on my already damaged nails. I also had a pedicure, which was fantastic, but the pedicure and backfill together cost $150, which I found to be excessive. I adore the team and service at Off & On in Auckland. They are incredibly accommodating and delightful, and I have never had a negative experience. The salon, decor, equipment, and products are all top-notch, and every cent is worth it. The pricing is very reasonable! Each staff member is highly skilled, professional, and provides excellent advice and aftercare suggestions. I highly recommend the ladies here, but please don't get too booked up that you can't squeeze me in! :)About
