This was quite an odd experience. However, I shall solely discuss the service provided and my rating reflects just that. I typically refrain from giving negative ratings. My child received a haircut and it could not have gone worse even if they had attempted to do so. The hair is uneven all over. (Image depicts the front, taken at home after a wash). Not a local, just passing through on my way to town and decided to drop in hoping for assistance with a recent injury. The team was very accommodating, and my Physio, Ethan, was exceptional. Very personable and knowledgeable, he used k-tape to stabilize my injury and alleviate pain for the remainder of my visit.
