Impressive store with a vast selection of products! Usually not overly crowded, sometimes the team members are proactive in approaching you for assistance. Other times, you may wander for 10 minutes without being approached. Their prices are fairly average. When I ordered a vanity, the team member was friendly and helpful. I was informed the item was in Wellington and would arrive in 1 or 2 days. Placed the order. Three days later, went in... it hadn't arrived yet. They ended up selling me the display model as I needed it urgently, which was fine, but it had a few marks on it. Fantastic quick trims! The owner is awesome. Initially, I felt like the team were a bit distant, not acknowledging customers as they came in, almost like I was invisible. But once it was my turn, they were super friendly. Since it's a walk-in place, I was worried they might not have time, especially with lots of people ahead of me and the shop closing at 5pm. I ended up waiting for a while, feeling a bit anxious.
