Despite being a regular client with appointments every 6-8 weeks, I didn't receive any communication on this matter UNTIL I arrived for my next appointment and was asked to pay. Wasn't too thrilled with my visit and the outcome. It was all over in a quick 20 minutes and I felt rushed in and out. Coming out of lockdown, I was hoping for a more relaxed, pleasant experience rather than a hurried, impersonal job. The stylist didn't take the time to understand what I wanted. No questions about the type of cut I desired (wet, dry, restyle, etc.) were asked, assuming I wanted a dry cut when I actually needed a restyle. If only there had been a discussion about options and a request for clarification from the start. Now I'm stuck with a subpar, budget "graduated bob" due to poor communication and lack of attention to detail. I bought a grab one voucher that I never got to use. Therapist Sam did not answer my calls and would take days to reply to messages to try and organize an appointment. Eventually, we managed to make an appointment but she had to cancel on the day due to covid. Understandable, but then back to her not replying for days to reschedule. Eventually settled on today (over 6 weeks since I first contacted her) only for me to arrive and the door to be locked! Once again no answer to calls. When I messaged to ask about a refund she replies to contact grab one. No apology or anything.
