Would rate zero stars if able. Requested a number 2 shave on the sides and a slight tidy on top. However, the barber proceeded to chop random chunks from the top, varying in length from half an inch to 2 inches, and butchered the sides. Due to anxiety, my partner found it hard to speak up but was left devastated. Upon requesting a refund, they insisted on attempting to "fix" it, resulting in the top hair being cut even shorter! It looked awful (refund was given). This incident led to my partner crying, a rare sight. To the barber responsible for the disastrous haircut, own up to your mistake next time instead of appearing smug. If you can't do the job properly, you shouldn't be allowed near anyone's hair.
