I requested a trim to get rid of damaged hair - my hair was below my waist before the cut, now it's shoulder length. The barber didn't confirm the length before cutting, nor did she inquire about thinning or layering. I'm relieved I didn't go further, as I believe she would have caused more harm than good. The haircut is so bad it brought me to tears. Scheduled in the arvo and luckily snagged a slot. One lass worked on me. She was top-notch. Then another lass stepped in because my back and shoulder were in a bad way, and worked on me some more. They really knew where the sore spots were. My shoulder and back were achy the next day but I felt heaps better in the following days.
