There was no explanation of the products used unless I specifically inquired, the room was dim and chilly, and the music was bothersome! The dye on my eyebrows was smudged at the edges. The front of the shop could use a good vacuum, and the staff were not in proper uniforms. I know I may be fussy, but for that price, you expect something exceptional. The handling of this situation was disappointing, and the communication could have been more polite and understanding. It felt like the blame was subtly shifted to me, which was disconcerting. The interaction with the staff, particularly the person in charge of hair extensions, was less pleasant than expected.
