The salon will be on your left.

I booked an appt with Angela and while she was very welcoming and friendly she didnât do a very good job on my hair at all (half head of highlights at $179). I came out with yellow hair and the most intense and crooked regrowth line. My hair was meant to be straightened as part of the package but my hair felt crispy and was very poofy and frizzy. I got into my car and freaked out when I saw it, I thought maybe it will settle, maybe itâs not that bad. I tried to get used to it over the next 3 days but didnât so I messaged her telling her I didnât like it at all and asked if she could do another toner or try and fix it. Angela did reply about an hour later and said I could come the next day which was great but in that time I had called another salon as I didnât feel too confident in Angela fixing it and I made an appt to go into this salon and see what they thought about it so I didnt respond to Angela right away. Then next day at 9am I went to this salon to which they told me the foils she did had bleed and it was a mess. While I was at this appt Angela messaged me again asking if I was able to come that day to which I responded I wouldnât be coming back to her as the foils she did had bleed and I wasnât happy as it was going to be hard to fix, Angela did not respond. I then text Angela the next day asking what her policy was and if she offered a refund or a partial refund as I had to pay to have my hair fixed, she later responded saying she was a bit confused as Iâd had it fixed but I told her it would be hard to fix and that she doesnât offer a refund as I could have gone back to her to have it sorted to which I responded to her that I lost faith in her and her ability to fix my hair and that I didnât trust her to fix my hair as she failed to tell me about the mistake she had made with the foils bleeding. I never got a response from Angela or an apology. I recently popped into Vivo Hair, Hamilton, Centre Place for a keratin smoothing treatment, having shared my hair woes beforehand. Alas, my visit left me quite disappointed. Despite briefing the salon on my hair's tendency to turn frizzy and wavy post-prior keratin treatment, my locks remained in their unruly state, with no sign of the promised taming of baby hairs. As a patron, I anticipated a personalized and expert approach to cater to my specific requirements, particularly given the prior notification about my hair type. Regrettably, the results did not reflect this attention to detail. While I acknowledge the salon's efforts, I find myself dissatisfied with the treatment's outcome. I kindly request that Vivo Hair either re-perform the treatment to achieve the desired results or refund the service provided. I trust this feedback will contribute to enhancing future experiences for both myself and other patrons.

Massive waste of time, I booked for a hair treatment 7 and a half weeks after my previous one. The booking page says to contact them if youâve had a treatment done within 5 weeks, and their website recommends leaving 7 weeks between treatments, and when I got there, they told me they refused to do my treatment because they usually donât do anything under 8 weeks. I originally booked in for classic lashes but was upsold to volume for an extra $40, with the promise that they would look natural. However, I was switched from Kezia to Kirsty last minute. Unfortunately, the lashes started falling off the very next day. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a partial refund, there was some argument. While the eyebrow tint was done well, the overall experience with the lashes and customer service was disappointing. The stylist even mentioned a "mono brow" growing in (which I hadn't had a chance to pluck). It felt unprofessional.
