I originally booked in for classic lashes but was upsold to volume for an extra $40, with the promise that they would look natural. However, I was switched from Kezia to Kirsty last minute. Unfortunately, the lashes started falling off the very next day. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a partial refund, there was some argument. While the eyebrow tint was done well, the overall experience with the lashes and customer service was disappointing. The stylist even mentioned a "mono brow" growing in (which I hadn't had a chance to pluck). It felt unprofessional.
