Had the most wonderful experience at The Beloved Room today. Got my first full body spray tan post baby!! I was made to feel so at ease and well taken care of. I was quite anxious beforehand, but oh my goodness, I left feeling fantastic. Thank you so much, it meant everything to me. Also, as a side note... it was raining and the beauty therapist escorted me to my car with an umbrella to prevent the tan from running!!!!! I had the body retreat spa package with Wai. It was amazing. I had been having headaches due to tight neck muscles, so I tried the Samoan head massage as the reviews looked good. It was divine, so relaxing. Wai did amazing with the body massage too, I wanted back focus and it was so great, perfect pressure. Staff were both lovely and smiling and welcoming, lovely tea afterwards too. Will definitely be back.About

Hey, I'm quite disappointed with the service I received at this salon. I recommended my partner to come here for a haircut as I am from India and have known James for 3 years. When we arrived at 3 pm today, James informed us that there was a 40-minute wait because there was another customer ahead of us, which was fine with us. So, my partner and I went for a walk outside and returned at 3:40 pm as instructed. However, James then told us that we couldn't be accommodated because there were more people waiting now. Being a 32-week pregnant woman, I was willing to support his business and didn't mind waiting in the winter weather, but I was turned away. What's the point of making an appointment then? It feels like a complete waste of time. This is not how business should be conducted, failing to keep promises.
