Sass beauty room is all set up just right, so clean, fragrant, warm, the massage bed is the comfiest ever, everything has its own spot. The balms are so tasty too! Santana is fantastic at her work, very professional, welcoming, and she tailors the treatment to your needs. The massage and pressure were spot on. I have never encountered such aggressive high-pressure sales tactics as I did at the Auckland branch. The consultant who assisted me also works at the Christchurch location, so it is likely that similar tactics are used there as well. To get to Skout Collective at 526 River Road, Fairfield, Hamilton 3214, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 3 from the city center and get off at the River Road/Rotokauri Road stop, then walk south on River Road for about 5 minutes to reach the salon. If driving, head towards River Road from the city center, turn left onto Ulster Street, then right onto River Road where you will find Skout Collective located after the third crossroad.
