Today, I got a stunning flower arrangement delivered. It was a gift from my family in Sydney for my birthday. Despite a mix-up with the courier causing a delay in the delivery, Wild River & Co sent me a sweet note of apology (even though it wasn't their fault) along with a bonus scented candle and a delicious bar of Pear & Manuka Honey chocolate. Their customer service is exceptional, and I highly recommend this florist. They have won me over as a loyal customer. A big thank you to Erin & Dida for going above and beyond.

Had high hopes as the consultation was friendly and the individual (I'm assuming a senior stylist) seemed very knowledgeable. However, the service and cut itself were underwhelming. The scalp massage was virtually non-existent. I ended up just getting my very thick hair thinned out and straightened, with minimal styling, not worth the $95 I paid. The individual was quite rough and seemed irritable towards the end of my cut, possibly due to another client who was dissatisfied with their coloring/styling session. I have visited a number of hair clinics and invested a significant amount of money in my hair over the past few years. I have never encountered such aggressive high-pressure sales tactics as I did at the Auckland branch. The consultant who assisted me also works at the Christchurch location, so it is likely that similar tactics are used there as well. This place is incredible! My son was in the little kiwi class for a year before I sadly had to move him closer to home. If I could, he'd still be here!
