There was a mix-up with my hair appointment, as it was scheduled for a half head treatment instead of the full head I requested. Upon arrival, I was informed that only the half head service could be accommodated due to time constraints. The handling of this situation was disappointing, and the communication could have been more polite and understanding. It felt like the blame was subtly shifted to me, which was disconcerting. The interaction with the staff, particularly the person in charge of hair extensions, was less pleasant than expected. Today I had a massage from the wonderful Paige Bush. Her professionalism and welcoming presence made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my entire experience. The tranquil and clean set up of the massage room invited me to feel safe and trusting of Paige, with friendly chatting, frequent check-ups of pressure and boundaries, and explanations of what she was doing. Paige is a very knowledgeable individual in her area of work and her passion for massage really shines through. I would gladly book in with her again.

I recently popped into Vivo Hair, Hamilton, Centre Place for a keratin smoothing treatment, having shared my hair woes beforehand. Alas, my visit left me quite disappointed. Despite briefing the salon on my hair's tendency to turn frizzy and wavy post-prior keratin treatment, my locks remained in their unruly state, with no sign of the promised taming of baby hairs. As a patron, I anticipated a personalized and expert approach to cater to my specific requirements, particularly given the prior notification about my hair type. Regrettably, the results did not reflect this attention to detail. While I acknowledge the salon's efforts, I find myself dissatisfied with the treatment's outcome. I kindly request that Vivo Hair either re-perform the treatment to achieve the desired results or refund the service provided. I trust this feedback will contribute to enhancing future experiences for both myself and other patrons.

A few years ago, I sought her help when my skin suddenly broke out, leading to pigmentation issues from acne.
