Moana is incredibly talented at what she does. I'm not a huge fan of massages or having my abdomen touched, but I was completely relaxed throughout. Following a somewhat disappointing initial bridal makeup trial for our Wellington wedding, I contacted Giselle and asked if she would be willing to travel down for my big day to do our makeup instead. I have utilized Giselle's services multiple times over the years for special occasions and have adored every look she has created for me. I had complete trust in booking her for my wedding and fortunately my partner agreed that the travel expense was justified for my happiness. I underwent two trials with Giselle due to postponements (thanks to c*vid) and on the day we even made some adjustments. Giselle truly listens and is the epitome of professionalism. My mother, mother-in-law, and chief bridesmaid all adored their makeup and I felt incredibly beautiful on my special day. Despite briefing the salon on my hair's tendency to turn frizzy and wavy post-prior keratin treatment, my locks remained in their unruly state, with no sign of the promised taming of baby hairs. As a patron, I anticipated a personalized and expert approach to cater to my specific requirements, particularly given the prior notification about my hair type. Regrettably, the results did not reflect this attention to detail. While I acknowledge the salon's efforts, I find myself dissatisfied with the treatment's outcome. I kindly request that Vivo Hair either re-perform the treatment to achieve the desired results or refund the service provided. I trust this feedback will contribute to enhancing future experiences for both myself and other patrons.
