Today I had a massage from the wonderful Paige Bush. Her professionalism and welcoming presence made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my entire experience. The tranquil and clean set up of the massage room invited me to feel safe and trusting of Paige, with friendly chatting, frequent check-ups of pressure and boundaries, and explanations of what she was doing. Paige is a very knowledgeable individual in her area of work and her passion for massage really shines through. I would gladly book in with her again.

Hemi completely missed the mark on understanding what I wanted for my hair... I explained my expectations multiple times. I trusted him to give me a look similar to one of his assistants. Throughout the process, he kept changing the price for the color application every 15 minutes... and ended up charging me more than I've ever paid for my hair in the last 5 years, with disappointing results. I reluctantly agreed to the process as he had already applied bleach to my hair, leaving me with no other options... even after showing him images and patterns, he did what he pleased or imagined in his mind... I didn't expect an exact replica, but at least something similar. The staff is friendly, no doubt, as that's part of their job... but that doesn't justify the salon's high 4.9-star rating... please refrain from giving inaccurate ratings as it can ruin someone's hair that they have to live with after paying a hefty price... a total letdown... 😣☹️ the first image shows his work, and the second image depicts what I had hoped for. Incredible team. My brother and I made a booking for our Nail Spa at Neon. The service was top-notch and they were super friendly and kind even though we were 10mins late. They were very accommodating even with a full house. I had the body retreat spa package with Wai. It was amazing. I had been having headaches due to tight neck muscles, so I tried the Samoan head massage as the reviews looked good. It was divine, so relaxing. Wai did amazing with the body massage too, I wanted back focus and it was so great, perfect pressure. Staff were both lovely and smiling and welcoming, lovely tea afterwards too. Will definitely be back.About

We had a very unpleasant experience some time back concerning racial matters. As my partner and I were leaving the store with our receipt and items in hand, not a single person was checked for their bag contents or had their receipt scanned. Strangely enough, when the woman working that day spotted my partner (Indian), she couldn't have hurried faster to approach him, ask about the receipt, and inspect our bag in a very rude manner. There was a woman right behind us (European), assuming everyone was having their receipt scanned and queuing behind us. The Kmart employee directly told her, "Oh no, sweetie, you're good," and let her pass. So out of allllll the people on that busy day, they chose to inspect the only non-European person at that time and allowed others to walk straight out.
