Yesterday we bought a pair of swimming trunks, and it was way too small. So we tried to exchange the size of the swimming trunks, but even though the pair of swimming trunks was brand new, we couldn't exchange the size, or even get a refund. The service is also really bad, so we don't recommend coming to the botany downs warehouse. I also want to remind everyone to check their receipt as the refundable warning is incredibly small.
