Had a pleasant time and adored my nails. The individual who handled my pedicure was delightful and amiable. Regrettably, the same cannot be said for the individual who managed my manicure. She was somewhat rough, disregarding my preferences and requiring repeated reminders to adhere to my requests. Eventually, she complied, and I was pleased with the outcome.
