Just got Cosmelan treatment a week ago from Aimee and I'm already seeing amazing results, unlike any other treatment I've had before (and I've had laser, ipls, etc). Aimee is very experienced, knowledgeable, and I felt in safe hands right away. Popped in yesterday after a dodgy cut elsewhere for my son's hair, hoping Clipper Kings could sort it out. They did a stellar job, so I had my other son's hair done too, equally great. At payment, they refused to charge for fixing the first cut! I had lash extensions done and the technician glued my eye corners together, forcefully breaking the glue. Excessive glue was used, with each lash adhering to about 6 natural lashes. When one falls off, they all do, even sticking to my eyelid. My eyes are swollen, itchy, and red. I've never experienced such pain and poor quality elsewhere. Lashes should be attached to specific lashes, not all. Each and every team member that I have dealt with has been so kind and welcoming and they've taken the time to get to know me. Dr. Kauri and the team are brilliant. I was a bit apprehensive when I got in the chair but Dr. Kauri made me relax and was awesome at explaining what was happening. I didn't catch the name of the dental assistant (sorry) but they saw me trying to move something that was uncomfortable and pressing on my nose so they placed a cotton roll under my nose and it took the pain away. Very observant person. I can't express enough how friendly and professional the whole team is. And Dr. Kauri gave me some great advice. They definitely care about the people and didn't even upsell some magnesium powder to help with sleep. I asked if I could get it from the supermarket or chemist, they said chemist. I went out to pay and saw it on the shelf. I purchased it from them. I highly recommend Huapai Dental as they truly have a holistic service. Renee and her team have been phenomenal in assisting me post-baby to feel robust and fit, the classes are excellent for enhancing my knowledge of proper weightlifting techniques, the trainers are always encouraging in refining form, and I've achieved remarkable results from attending 2-3 times a week. The atmosphere is fantastic, lots of smiles and sweating with fantastic people! The classes are truly enjoyable and I always leave feeling on cloud nine! 🫶🏽
