Took my son in for a nose piercing. He was super nervous, as expected. Hamish was amazing. Made him feel at ease. Cracked some jokes and even let him choose the music. I recently experienced this salon for the first time, purely by chance as my usual salon was swamped with post-lockdown appointments & couldn't squeeze me in. I was a bit anxious about trying a new hairdresser, but it turned out to be unnecessary! Shayne was warm, highly skilled and knowledgeable, and paid close attention to my preferences. The organic products she used are truly remarkable and have genuinely improved the condition of my long hair. It's no longer dry and now feels incredibly soft with volume and beautiful curls all the way to the tips. I've also noticed a decrease in shedding. I am completely won over and will definitely be a loyal customer from now on. Went for family lunch. First signs of poor service was being given a buzzer as if it’s some takeaway joint, when I went to get my food I was disappointed with the amount of chips with the kids meal, and with my burger. Food was satisfactory, nothing special. Although no sauce was given with my chips, kids meals had some.. Second sign was when I ordered 2 lemon lime and bitters and the bar staff simply popped open a Bundaberg bottle and gave it to me, no offer of a glass or ice. Had to get my own glass. To top it off, the table we’re sitting at was 2 trestle fold-out tables, above it were about 6 blown lights. I had a helix piercing that was a real mission to remove, and they put in so much effort and care to assist me in getting it replaced - and I only had to pay for the new jewellery!
