I am really let down by my visit to Studio V. While Leighanna was fantastic, her team members were not. They had me soaking in the incorrect product, twice, for over 50mins so SNS did not soften, it turns out they had added alcohol in the acetone bottles. Then the staff member tore and damaged two nails while being rough trying to remove the SNS as it had not softened. Then, while attempting to rectify her mistake with tips, she glued her glove to my finger and had to peel it off my skin causing me to bleed. It was a dreadful experience for which I was still charged the full price and unfortunately, I was too stunned to object.About

Brianna completed a full set of gel nails (polish) for me. She is a highly skilled, experienced professional. My nails look extremely natural. I'm thrilled with the service and I re-booked for a pedicure the next week. I also saw Mikayla tending to a lovely set of nails as well. I'd highly recommend either of these very talented professionals.

Went for family lunch. First signs of poor service was being given a buzzer as if it’s some takeaway joint, when I went to get my food I was disappointed with the amount of chips with the kids meal, and with my burger. Food was satisfactory, nothing special. Although no sauce was given with my chips, kids meals had some.. Second sign was when I ordered 2 lemon lime and bitters and the bar staff simply popped open a Bundaberg bottle and gave it to me, no offer of a glass or ice. Had to get my own glass. To top it off, the table we’re sitting at was 2 trestle fold-out tables, above it were about 6 blown lights.
