I hadn't visited a hair salon for anything other than a trim in 5 years due to a lot of anxiety about my severely damaged hair. Charlie was so lovely and supportive, addressing the damage in a practical and caring way which made me feel nurtured rather than judged. Hine was also lovely and did the shampooing beforehand - usually, I dislike that part and end up with water in my ears, but she was very gentle and pleasant to talk to.About

Went for family lunch. First signs of poor service was being given a buzzer as if it’s some takeaway joint, when I went to get my food I was disappointed with the amount of chips with the kids meal, and with my burger. Food was satisfactory, nothing special. Although no sauce was given with my chips, kids meals had some.. Second sign was when I ordered 2 lemon lime and bitters and the bar staff simply popped open a Bundaberg bottle and gave it to me, no offer of a glass or ice. Had to get my own glass. To top it off, the table we’re sitting at was 2 trestle fold-out tables, above it were about 6 blown lights. I had a helix piercing that was a real mission to remove, and they put in so much effort and care to assist me in getting it replaced - and I only had to pay for the new jewellery! The piercer was so lovely and humorous, I felt incredibly at ease and joyful with their super professional service and would definitely suggest to anyone seeking a first time or extra piercing! The jewellery choices are super adorable too, and the reasonable prices are great, without compromising professionalism and care for a lower cost.
