As a result, the powder got all over my clothes and handbag. Walking into Harmony @ Westfield Auckland is like coming home or visiting a friend's place. The team there (Kahu, Te Aroha & Aroha) are the only ones I trust with my hair. They're open to trying new things, but if something won't work or suit me, they're honest about it. About 9 years ago, I visited every salon in Auckland Mall asking to go from dark brown to blonde. One salon quoted me around $600 for blonde highlights because they thought maintaining Blonde Hair would be too difficult. Another salon had sky-high prices, but Harmony was the friendliest, most affordable, and actually listened to what I wanted, even making sure I had the right products to take home. Since then, I haven't gone anywhere else. From copper to blonde to black to blonde to pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month to copper again, my hair has been through a lot but remains healthy, soft, and well-maintained. The team at Harmony Auckland truly feels like family. Thank you, wonderful people!

This is by far mine and my whānau's most visited mall. We used to live within the area, and our home was just a few minutes' walk to here. We'd have lunch and/or dinner there on most days and shop for other stuff as well on other days. Even now, after moving to East Auckland we still come here on most days because we've become so familiar with the place and the stores. And it has everything, everything you could need all in one place. Imagine all your favourite stores in one place where you can just stroll from one to the other and then sit down and have a meal with whānau and friends or by yourself or even see a movie. Situated in the shopping centre, it offers a wide range of products and excellent service. I am particularly fond of the reasonably priced fresh flowers/bouquets. Ever since the switch to Everyday Rewards, the specials have been fantastic. There is a diverse selection of sauces and wines available. The self-service checkouts provide a convenient way to pay and leave. The staff is friendly, and there is ample parking space due to its location within the mall.About

They accidentally cut my skin while they should have been stretching it to remove the fine hairs, leaving me with scratches on my face 😭. They did offer a partial refund, which I found acceptable. After a long time, I returned to this salon as my previous experience was not great (Pricey and didn't get what I wanted), but this time it was completely worth it.
