Harpreet has some serious skills and a passion for haircuts. I got an incredible fade cut from him. He is friendly and very focused when cutting. After a long time, I returned to this salon as my previous experience was not great (Pricey and didn't get what I wanted), but this time it was completely worth it. I don't mind paying for a good cut. Most of the time it's not the case, but this time it was worth it. As a result, the powder got all over my clothes and handbag. Hence, I opted to journey the 20 minutes to Flatbush to see her. She did not let me down. The drive was entirely worthwhile. Gratitude to her team member Mindy for executing such a splendid job. Absolutely appalling service by the receptionist on Sunday 2nd June 2024 at 9:40am. My 1-year-old son was struggling to breathe and the receptionist made him wait from 9:40am to 11am despite being informed that he couldn't breathe. He was finally attended to by a nurse, and even the nurse was shocked that the baby had waited that long given the severity of his breathing issues. I phoned to lodge a complaint, but the receptionist seemed indifferent. She refused to let me speak to her manager, declined to provide her name, and abruptly ended the call. I've tried calling back to file a complaint, but the receptionist won't answer my calls. There's no other contact number or extension to reach out to. The receptionist must be relieved of her duties. She is highly unprofessional. Who should I speak to if the receptionist won't respond.
