I visited a store to buy an iPad. Despite the store being relatively quiet, the staff seemed preoccupied and unhelpful. After seeking assistance, the staff member provided minimal information and left me to make a decision on my own. Following a long wait, I was handed a paper to take to the counter for payment. The lackluster customer service and unengaging interaction led me to abandon my purchase and seek a better experience elsewhere. Visited in late Jan 2024 to get a spray tan for my wedding. Juggling a 5-month-old baby and wedding planning, I totally forgot about those bride beauty appointments 🤣 (too chill, oops!). Left booking too late for a trial, but was reassured that a pre-wedding tan would turn out fine. The whole experience was comfy and very informative (even got detailed written aftercare instructions). When your tech is in awe as they spray you, you know they're tan pros. The "sun-kissed" tan (my pick) turned out amazing, no one guessed it was a spray tan. When I spilled the beans, they all thought it was my natural tan. That's how you know it's a good tan! Can't express enough my joy with my new haircut. It was my first time having a professional cut and I wanted plenty of layers. I was so anxious it wouldn't turn out as I envisioned but it exceeded my expectations. Lynette was absolutely fantastic! She was so lovely, listened attentively, and delivered the exact look I desired. She even demonstrated and gave advice on a hairstyle I wanted to try for the weekend. Absolutely appalling service by the receptionist on Sunday 2nd June 2024 at 9:40am. My 1-year-old son was struggling to breathe and the receptionist made him wait from 9:40am to 11am despite being informed that he couldn't breathe. He was finally attended to by a nurse, and even the nurse was shocked that the baby had waited that long given the severity of his breathing issues. I phoned to lodge a complaint, but the receptionist seemed indifferent. She refused to let me speak to her manager, declined to provide her name, and abruptly ended the call. I've tried calling back to file a complaint, but the receptionist won't answer my calls. There's no other contact number or extension to reach out to. The receptionist must be relieved of her duties. She is highly unprofessional. Who should I speak to if the receptionist won't respond. I had a really pleasant massage here, very tranquil and serene. I asked for deep tissue, but it felt more like a "firm pressure" massage.
