Absolutely appalling service by the receptionist on Sunday 2nd June 2024 at 9:40am. My 1-year-old son was struggling to breathe and the receptionist made him wait from 9:40am to 11am despite being informed that he couldn't breathe. He was finally attended to by a nurse, and even the nurse was shocked that the baby had waited that long given the severity of his breathing issues. I phoned to lodge a complaint, but the receptionist seemed indifferent. She refused to let me speak to her manager, declined to provide her name, and abruptly ended the call. I've tried calling back to file a complaint, but the receptionist won't answer my calls. There's no other contact number or extension to reach out to. The receptionist must be relieved of her duties. She is highly unprofessional. Who should I speak to if the receptionist won't respond. Updating my review from 5 to a 3 and a half if I could add a half. The gentleman that was working when we went, needs some major help with customer service skills. Was absolutely useless with serving those in the store. In fact he wasn’t serving anyone he was doing goodness knows what. But when we asked him about items on the shelf he just answers with a yes, was not helpful or friendly at all. Nearly at capacity upon our arrival on a Black Saturday evening. Thankfully, we had the foresight to reserve seats in advance. The servers were gracious and courteous, although the food did take a bit longer to arrive. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed the ribs, venison, and rib eye. Our hunger was certainly satisfied. I went today to get my eyebrows waxed and threaded, the person I usually go to, the Maori Indian one she was attending to someone else so I got it done by another person this time. My eyebrows were already in an arch shape and I wanted them to stay clean and in that shape, mate this person completely changed the shape, like do you know how long it takes to grow them and to actually maintain that shape. 01/03/2024 I requested a trim today at about 2:00 pm on my hair and showed her the photo and she agreed. I said just straight short cut. The initial cut was too bad it’s not straight and while I understand that she can’t speak much English that’s okay I asked for someone who can check on her work as I was trying to say it’s not straight and she cut way too short already, she’s already going to blow dry it. I asked her colleague very calmly “do you think she did a good job” she said “no” and spoke in their own language as she was trying to explain to the one that cut my hair maybe how to repair it. I still ended up crying while paying $40 on my trim on the counter.About

This is by far mine and my whānau's most visited mall. We used to live within the area, and our home was just a few minutes' walk to here. We'd have lunch and/or dinner there on most days and shop for other stuff as well on other days. Even now, after moving to East Auckland we still come here on most days because we've become so familiar with the place and the stores. And it has everything, everything you could need all in one place. Imagine all your favourite stores in one place where you can just stroll from one to the other and then sit down and have a meal with whānau and friends or by yourself or even see a movie.
