During my three-day stay in Napier, as a New Zealander, I visited this place twice. Both times, I ordered the Tom Yum chicken noodles, which were packed with flavorful button mushrooms and chicken. The dish had a nice level of spiciness, but you can easily adjust it to your liking with the self-serve sauce. The sushi options are fantastic 🍣 The queue was almost out the entrance when we arrived, yet they were constantly restocking the cabinets with fresh sushi. The service at the till was also speedy.

But when I returned to Tāmaki Makaurau I was lost without her and she suggested I visit Pounamu because that's where her mum started going. It's absolutely wonderful, the stylists are all wonderful, kind individuals with many years of expertise. You always feel confident that you're in good hands regardless of the stylist, although I have really connected with Mia, we have fantastic sessions together and always try something different and it always turns out great!
