I've had the pleasure of getting the Cezanne keratin treatment at RM Hair for the second time, and I can't recommend it enough. Charlotte is absolutely fantastic. She's highly professional and knowledgeable. My hair was severely damaged from excessive straightening, and Charlotte knew exactly how to revive it and provided me with excellent tips for maintaining it at home. I started seeing remarkable results within a couple of weeks after the treatment. Absolutely outstanding service! The hairdresser who styled my hair did a remarkable job with a slight trim post my vacation. The cost was fair, in my view. However, one drawback is the absence of a website. It would be wonderful if they could establish a website for online reservations, even though it may involve some expense. My friends and I popped into the beauty counters on Saturday arvo hoping for a makeup session before our event that night. We lucked out as the artists from Clarins and Elizabeth Arden were available to glam us up. They were professional yet friendly, working seamlessly together. The makeup they did lasted all night, even through lots of dancing. I usually struggle to find the right foundation shade, but the MUA nailed it perfectly. Nonetheless, I sensed it was extremely hurried (in and out within moments) and there was no shaping executed to the eyebrows. Ages ago I got a hair trim here, it was the worst experience ever and very awkward for me. I reserved a week beforehand and arrived early they attempted to say I didn't book an appointment but I told them yes I did they kept saying I didn't but then found my name in their book.
