I just met him today but felt like I have known him for 10 years, he has the loveliest persona and is such a lovely, passionate and kind man! He is so talented and so educational and informative, he explains what he is doing and offers practical alternatives all while having a laugh. He did my foils, toner, haircut and styling and I have never been happier. They then attempted to sell me the display model at the same price. I insisted on a discount as it was a demo unit. They agreed to a slight reduction. Upon inspecting the floor model, I found human hair in it, indicating it was second-hand. I was appalled by this. If I wasn't pressed for time, I would've requested a refund and shopped elsewhere. They offered further discount for it being used, but such incidents should never occur in a professional establishment.
