Went to drop off a prescription and cannot believe how stubborn the pharmacist was. Shop staff were very good but the pharmacist had no smile, won't even come out to communicate as I had a request for stat dispensing. The pharmacist's attitude was like we were doing him a favour, in fact there are several other pharmacies in the area and would be happy to take our prescriptions there. It does not cost to smile and does not cost to come out have a word with customers instead of passing messages back and forth via shop staff.About

I've encountered situations where the staff at this chemist have left me feeling intimidated and humiliated. Once while purchasing a pharmacy-only medication, and once while trying to fill a private prescription. Went for a trim and absolutely do not recommend it. It was a painful experience for someone with a high pain threshold; it felt like she was tugging on my hair with scissors as they were not gliding smoothly during the cut. My hair is a complete mess; I asked for layers and ended up with three-quarters of my head the same length and very short. I am unfamiliar with this shopping centre, so I went to the first hair salon I saw. If I had known there were others, I definitely would not have chosen this one. The computer showed two cupboards in stock in their depot within the building. After payment, I waited 25 minutes but they couldn't locate one. They then attempted to sell me the display model at the same price. I insisted on a discount as it was a demo unit. They agreed to a slight reduction. Upon inspecting the floor model, I found human hair in it, indicating it was second-hand. I was appalled by this. If I wasn't pressed for time, I would've requested a refund and shopped elsewhere. They offered further discount for it being used, but such incidents should never occur in a professional establishment.
