Went to drop off a prescription and cannot believe how stubborn the pharmacist was. Shop staff were very good but the pharmacist had no smile, won't even come out to communicate as I had a request for stat dispensing. The pharmacist's attitude was like we were doing him a favour, in fact there are several other pharmacies in the area and would be happy to take our prescriptions there. It does not cost to smile and does not cost to come out have a word with customers instead of passing messages back and forth via shop staff.About

Once while purchasing a pharmacy-only medication, and once while trying to fill a private prescription. Went for a trim and absolutely do not recommend it. It was a painful experience for someone with a high pain threshold; it felt like she was tugging on my hair with scissors as they were not gliding smoothly during the cut. My hair is a complete mess; I asked for layers and ended up with three-quarters of my head the same length and very short. I am unfamiliar with this shopping centre, so I went to the first hair salon I saw. If I had known there were others, I definitely would not have chosen this one. Requested the hair stylist to avoid using the large shaver on my hair. Trimming around the ears with a small shaver was acceptable. However, she assured me of her expertise, then proceeded to use the large shaver, shaving down the side of my head. When I questioned her actions, she reiterated her confidence in her skills. I expected to have a say in my haircut, but it seemed otherwise.
