Requested the hair stylist to avoid using the large shaver on my hair. Trimming around the ears with a small shaver was acceptable. However, she assured me of her expertise, then proceeded to use the large shaver, shaving down the side of my head. When I questioned her actions, she reiterated her confidence in her skills. I expected to have a say in my haircut, but it seemed otherwise.

After providing all the technical details and numbers, a staff member confirmed it could be done for a certain price, which turned out to be higher than what a high-end automotive locksmith specialist had quoted. Despite this, I decided to visit the branch due to its proximity, but was shocked when the staff member raised the price upon arrival, claiming it was the actual cost. Their lack of transparency in pricing is concerning. Avoid this store if you want to avoid being overcharged. The staff member present was of European descent. I had a first visit here today, referred by my GP. I found that a physio lady was very rude and aggressive throughout this visit. Every response I gave to her questions was challenged or met with aggression, she tried to deny my symptoms. She did not attempt to understand or show any empathy. It made me tearful during the visit. Then she asked my son (who was waiting at reception) to come next to me, which I didn't want. There is one large room from the reception to the examination room, so anyone can see and hear the patients and physio lady. I didn't think about it at that time, but after receiving poor treatment from this lady and being made tearful, I felt embarrassed at the end of the treatment when passing through the reception. There is no privacy. The physio lady denied my symptoms, claiming that I can drive, do housework, and don't need painkillers, etc. My son is also unhappy with the way this physio lady spoke to me.
