Came here to do full face wax. I normally come here because she’s good with my brows, but my recent visit. The lady asked what I wanted done so said full face. She said to me “I’m very busy today, I normally only do eyebrows or upper lip, I’m very busy to do full face” and bragged on saying I’ll only do parts that need doing. It didn’t quite hit me until she started working on my face that I was heating up with anger. Showed her hunger for money. Terrible ordeal! Rating of 1 star is far too generous, if there was a way to give a negative rating, I would. Absolutely dreadful. Incredibly unfriendly, lacking professionalism in both staff and service. When I went in for my eyebrows, the individual carrying out the threading didn't bother to ask for my preferences. And when I tried to communicate, they simply ignored me. The plucking was so rough that it caused a pounding pain in my head. They didn't even apply powder, causing my hands to slip. Despite my discomfort, they were rude and kept instructing me to hold my brows. To top it off, they didn't even bother to brush off the plucked hairs from my face. Utterly unprofessional. My eyes were left swollen and red.
