Mishandled lash applications resulting in glued eyes, clients bleeding from threading, and rough pedicure leading to cut cuticles. Additionally, in New Zealand, the expectation is to converse in ENGLISH, not in-store language. If possible, I'd rate you a negative 10. What a remarkable experience, the staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The interior may not be lavish, but the quality of the massages more than compensates for it. This was the best massage I've ever had, as they focused on addressing my specific problem areas, rather than following a generic routine like most places. I highly recommend it.About

I observed post my appointment my feet still felt somewhat split with dry skin peeling off. I paid $115, on the website a specific price isn't provided it just states between $100-$135. I typically get medical pedicures done at a podiatrist in Parnell and they charge $91 so I assumed it would be $100 (my mistake for assuming but after the treatment was completed I did not feel it was worth that much). The appointment lasted about 25 mins, the man was pleasant but the treatment itself was underwhelming. My toe nails are misshapen and he lightly filed my dry heels. He kept saying they weren't that bad but why weren't they smooth by the end if that was the case. I've just used a foot file and I'm astonished at the amount of dry skin I was able to remove 1 day after the $115 treatment. The place itself was also underwhelming with cords on the floor in the corner with frames with nothing in them. I had a first visit here today, referred by my GP. I found that a physio lady was very rude and aggressive throughout this visit. Every response I gave to her questions was challenged or met with aggression, she tried to deny my symptoms. She did not attempt to understand or show any empathy. It made me tearful during the visit. Then she asked my son (who was waiting at reception) to come next to me, which I didn't want. There is one large room from the reception to the examination room, so anyone can see and hear the patients and physio lady. I didn't think about it at that time, but after receiving poor treatment from this lady and being made tearful, I felt embarrassed at the end of the treatment when passing through the reception. There is no privacy. The physio lady denied my symptoms, claiming that I can drive, do housework, and don't need painkillers, etc. My son is also unhappy with the way this physio lady spoke to me. Some employees are kind, chatty, and caring, while others are quite rude. They misheard my digits and scolded me for it; if you're in a rush, avoid this place. My GP sent the script half an hour ago, I informed them I'd be there in 15 mins, but they only checked it when I arrived, making me wait longer. What's the point of electronic scripts if they're only reviewed upon pickup, causing more waiting time?

Went to drop off a prescription and cannot believe how stubborn the pharmacist was. Shop staff were very good but the pharmacist had no smile, won't even come out to communicate as I had a request for stat dispensing. The pharmacist's attitude was like we were doing him a favour, in fact there are several other pharmacies in the area and would be happy to take our prescriptions there. It does not cost to smile and does not cost to come out have a word with customers instead of passing messages back and forth via shop staff.About
