Sheryl is amazing! She genuinely cares for her customers. She makes sure that the colour and cut is exactly what you want. The level of service Sheryl provides I’ve never experienced anywhere else. And on top of that the price is very affordable! I love how my hairs look now, the colour is not washing out like the one I had at a different salon. I would 100% recommend Sheryl if you want to be treated like a Queen!

This silver-haired impolite elderly person approached me and inquired if I “could decipher” after I ascended the stairs only to find the doors locked. Upon descending to seek guidance, she proceeded to remark, “You should enhance your reading skills.” I maintained my composure and refrained from responding rudely as she initiated the interaction. I am perplexed by her behavior and the unnecessary fuss she made over my brief trip up and down the stairs.

Fantastic service from everyone! Wide selection of jewellery and the staff were incredibly patient while I took my time deciding. They offered helpful suggestions, and I ultimately went with two different sizes of studs as recommended. The actual piercing process was nearly painless, and the piercer did a great job explaining each step so I felt informed. Thrilled with the outcome, even better than I imagined 😊 Prices are fair for the service and results. I popped into this salon for a haircut, nail treatment, and eyelash extensions.
My nails were the first to be done, and honestly, I despised the outcome! The technician accidentally burned my fingers and my nails looked terribly misshapen. I'm not overreacting!!! They were uneven and painful. The price was $35, but after lodging a complaint, I paid $25. I was genuinely taken aback that I paid!!

My hand was in cast for 10 weeks, came to this clinic back on May, from the first day that receptionist contacted she made me laugh, she has got a great humour and good energy and very helpful which that’s what we all need a positive behaviour, my hand therapist was Greg! Such an incredible guy and very helpful and bubbly, he helped with my hand over 5 months, while he was on holiday Elaine helped me. Definitely recommend this place. I almost got fully recovered from serious hand injury I have had. Thanks to Greg and Elaine and wonderful team they have.
