I absolutely adore visiting Aroha for my hair. They're an exceptional stylist and colourist, and their dedication to their craft is evident. Over the past decade and a half, I've consistently been pleased with both the cuts and colours they've provided. I enjoy trying out different colours and styles, and Aroha is consistently accommodating, making sure the cut is still manageable for me at home. Their delightful sense of humor always makes my salon visits a joy. Absolutely fantastic nail salon. We popped in on a Sunday and they were able to fit all three of us in, even setting aside a little spot for our dog, Kiri 💚 Incredibly friendly, extremely professional, kind, and attentive. I'm over the moon with my pedicure and felt truly pampered. The service was exceptional, including a hot stone massage on my legs and feet, something I've never experienced in a nail salon before. I wholeheartedly recommend paying a visit here. I recently had a very disheartening experience at Chemist Warehouse. The pharmacist I encountered was extremely impolite and unkind. During my visit, I was questioned by them about the regular medications that I require for my health. Despite these medications being prescribed by my GP, the pharmacist acted as if they knew better than my doctor about my medical needs. Huge thanks to the wonderful Max for his outstanding customer service, product expertise, and endless patience - convincing someone who has always used L'Oréal and Clinique products to try new brands is no small feat, but he successfully won over my nan, who is now a loyal Mecca customer.
