I've been fortunate to receive chiropractic care from Dr. Harper McKenzie for the past 3 decades as needed to alleviate pain and improve function. I affectionately called him my "body tuner" for his ability to enhance my function and relieve pain. I've also brought my whānau to him for treatment when they needed assistance with function or pain relief. The adjustments I've received have yielded remarkable results, including improved eyesight (due to a neck injury affecting my optic nerve) - Harper's adjustments in the 90s enhanced my vision to the point where I no longer required glasses. Harper operates a highly professional practice, and the reception team is exceptional. I hold Dr. McKenzie in high regard and wholeheartedly recommend him to those experiencing pain or limited mobility, as he has greatly assisted my family and me over the years. His father, Cyril, successfully treated my own father's rugby injuries decades ago, and Harper has continued the legacy by helping him more recently. Unpleasant encounter with the staff. Approached the checkout, greeted the cashier and inquired about his evening. Received no response, just a puzzled stare as if I was speaking a foreign language. The guy continued chatting loudly with another cashier several tills away. He didn't even bother to ask if I needed a receipt for over $100 worth of items. If you're not happy in your job, find another one. I've been frequenting The Remede for around 6 weeks now. I've got spinal stenosis and sciatica and I've consulted with a chiropractor, physiotherapist, and received medications from my doctor over the past 14 months but nothing was alleviating the persistent, intense pain I was experiencing. I've been undergoing massage, hot stone therapy, acupuncture, and cupping, and I cannot express my gratitude enough to Victoria and the team - I finally have regained my quality of life. Daisy is the kindest soul, and did an incredible job with mine, my bridesmaids, and my mum’s makeup for my wedding. We all ADORED our makeup and it lasted the whole day (we had our wedding in summer) and even at the end of the night we still looked like we had just had our makeup done! I can’t praise Daisy enough for making me feel stunning on our special day.
