Get off at the Porirua Station - Stand B, then walk 5 minutes to the shopping centre located at 2 Titahi Bay Road. If driving, head east on Titahi Bay Road, turn left onto Lyttelton Avenue, then turn right onto Hagley Street. Continue onto Hagley Street until you reach North City Shopping Centre.

But I don't get why the services are so odd in one of your stores.(Porirua)
As I arrived from abroad, I wanted to purchase coils, charger, batteries, and liquid. The person who assisted me was super quick. Coils were almost sold out, only 3 pieces left but were overpriced. When I tried to find a charger, he didn't bother showing me all the options available in the shop, so I refrained from buying. I hope this was due to my French-speaking background even though I tried to communicate in English.
I had to visit another store for my batteries.
That's how I ended up ordering from your website instead!
I discovered your store on my first visit this year in Auckland in February. The lady at your Mangere store was exceptional. She provided excellent service.

Arrived before my 10.45 am appointment, checked in and told to take a seat. Sat there for nearly half an hour while, what seemed to be, a Staff training session taking place. Disappointed that I wasn't updated on when I would be seen and the audacity of being ignored! I was about to leave and make an appointment with Specsavers when the Audiologist appeared for my consultation. I didn't, as I had fully paid in advance for the consultation. Unfortunately, he bore the brunt of my dissatisfaction of the substandard service. He did his best to placate me explaining they were new Staff trying to come to terms with the systems. Thank you Rangi for your explanation and understanding which was just as distressing for him, as it was for me. Eventually I calmed down and the consultation that followed was totally professional! I would like to stress that blame is not apportioned to the Staff, in any way, as it wasn't their fault! The best treat I gave myself!! I found raving reviews on Google for Comfort Zone Porirua and decided to walk in for queries. They were available so I got the full body massage with pressure. It was amazing! Dani would always check in with pressure, pin point tight areas and focused on it a bit longer. She recommended Cupping and as a first timer, I was left speechless at how it flippen felt sooooo good! I was literally in happy tears as Danni was just perfect! Definitely recommended to my Adult kids and I will be going back again! Highly recommended 🥰
