Kate is incredibly helpful in addressing all my questions, prompt and thorough in her responses. I was hesitant to make a reservation due to the initial rainy weather forecast.. Then a few days before confirmation, it was cloudy with occasional showers so I took the leap. And today, we were blessed with beautiful sunny weather. Wonderful!

Interested in flogging you pricey pharmacy goods, but unhelpful and almost rude for real assistance. This pharmacy in central Auckland is easy to spot. Having visited Auckland many times, I've needed basic pharmacy items like travel sickness meds for the kids heading to the ski fields. However, this pharmacy has consistently been unhelpful over the years. On my latest trip, I forgot my blood pressure meds. When I asked for an emergency supply, I was bluntly told to see a doctor for a prescription - no concern shown. No suggestions were made on how to get a prescription quickly. Though missing a few days won't kill me, a quick search reveals that NZ pharmacies can provide emergency supplies. Avoid unless necessary. Took the Arrowtown to Queenstown mountain bike ride on Friday 27 September, booked through the "Around the Basin" site after checking out the brochure & website the day before. Booking process & coordination were top-notch. Met at the base at 8:50am, 9am departure with Shuttle to Arrowtown, bike orientation & map review, then a fantastic ride at our own pace. Made several stops for photos. Opted for an E-bike, a great choice to extend the ride to the Shotover Bungy, before heading back to Queenstown. Shared some phone snaps showcasing the stunning scenery.
