To get to Blushh Studio at 20 Marine Parade, Paraparaumu Beach, Paraparaumu 5032, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 280 from the Paraparaumu Train Station and get off at the Marine Parade at McLean Street stop. If driving, head towards Marine Parade and turn onto McLean Street, then turn onto Marine Parade where you will find the studio located opposite the beach front and McLean Park.

Sarah put me onto the bio cleanse foot spa some time ago, and I was a tad hesitant to give it a go. But wow, am I pleased I did! I use it mostly for anxiety, and it always manages to soothe me, leaving me feeling serene and at peace. I find it fascinating to see what comes out of the foot spa, and I always feel better afterwards. It's also been effective in relieving any muscle pain I've had. I have done yoga before but never really enjoyed it because I didn't know what I was doing. At enSoul I attended the Beginners' Course, an 8 week programme that takes participants slowly through how to do the basic poses/Vinyasa flow. This not only gave me confidence but enabled me to manage my own practice which I find is key to enjoying yoga. There's no need to look at others to work out what I should be doing - I just tune into the voice of the instructor. Now, over two years later, yoga at enSoul is an important part of my life providing not only strength and conditioning exercise, but a time for me to really be in the moment and to 're-set' myself.
