The oven clean was top-notch. The oven is gleaming and I’m thrilled with the 2 individuals who did the job. 5 stars for them. However, the office staff on the 0800 number definitely need some training in customer service. The initial appointment came and went without any sign of anyone. A phone call revealed the response “That's correct, as the appointment time was changed.” I inquired when we were going to be informed? There was a pause and then the completely disinterested voice gave me the new time. They couldn't have been less interested. Such a difference from the individuals who cleaned the oven. They were cheerful, lively, and completely professional. I give a hesitant approval to this service solely because of the administration staff. I recommend customers call ahead to ensure everything is on schedule. They provided additional assistance by recommending treatment options and referrals. Parking can be slightly challenging at times, but there are sufficient street parking options available. It may just require a few extra minutes to walk to the clinic.
