I've been a patron here for years due to the low cost and decent haircuts. However, after yesterday, I will never return.
The barber was confrontational from the moment I stepped in.
She mentioned she was just about to head for lunch, but I apparently disrupted her, and it was my fault...supposedly. Things escalated when I mentioned that midday lunchtime might be a busy period. It only worsened from there, and twice I contemplated leaving the chair and walking out because of her impoliteness and negativity towards me. I'm not sure what her issue was, perhaps she was just having a rough day? Speaking of rough days, my trim was the worst I've had from her! Sarah put me onto the bio cleanse foot spa some time ago, and I was a tad hesitant to give it a go. But wow, am I pleased I did! I use it mostly for anxiety, and it always manages to soothe me, leaving me feeling serene and at peace. I find it fascinating to see what comes out of the foot spa, and I always feel better afterwards. It's also been effective in relieving any muscle pain I've had. I had the most amazing experience with Kiara. From arranging our spa day where she was incredibly accommodating, to the actual day where she had prepared the room so beautifully with delightful lavender scents, candles, and soothing music. The hot stone massage was a truly wonderful experience, and the facial and hand massage were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. Kiara is like a caring guardian who truly spoils you and takes the time to get to know you personally. The accommodation was also lovely and cozy with delicious blueberry and thyme-infused water. It was truly a fantastic experience, and I am eagerly looking forward to returning to try her other treatments.
