Inadequate communication. Staff turnover is incessant - a fresh caregiver each visit. My initial encounter with the first caregiver was splendid, no issues, seamless procedure. However, following her resignation, subsequent caregivers (some possibly still in training at the Caci academy??) left me with persistent headaches for a week. When I raised concerns about the headaches, I was informed it was standard.
An invoice was never dispatched, and when I sought to adjust my membership for fewer treatments annually, they refused to do so over the phone or schedule a consultation for modification. I was instructed to pay more before making any changes.
While the staff were amicable when I was making payments, their demeanor turned rude and unpleasant when I inquired about the headaches and requested alterations to my membership! I will never return here. Utterly disrespectful.About
