First visit and left feeling dissatisfied with the service. The person who did my lashes didn't engage in any conversation. It seemed like a struggle for them to even greet me. A simple "hello, how are you" shouldn't be difficult, right? After my appointment, it felt like they were eager to take my payment as quickly as possible and rush me out the door. It felt impolite and like I was an inconvenience. That night, I noticed some discomfort, and it seemed like I might be developing a stye. It's been two days, no stye has formed, but there appears to be damage or an infection in my eye. It slightly hurts when I apply pressure. I'm unsure of the cause, but I've never experienced this after a lash appointment.SO Lash.
