He was pleasant, not overly chatty, accidentally cut my finger which stung with the chemicals and blue light. NEVER GO HERE! This wax place is beyond gross. I've had brazilians for 5 years...from actual brazilians. Not only did the person waxing me use items that were clearly not cleaned or replaced from a previous client (pubes still on the stick), they used the WRONG wax. I've never bled from a wax before, no matter how long between visits, but I bled from the wax type and technique used here. This place was truly awful and shouldn't have licensed beauticians. It was gross. Plus, the lady was rude and made me feel like I was the weird one.
