Never had one before (saw it on social media) and it combines all the best parts of a massage with a really thorough hair wash and scalp care that's far beyond a basic hairdresser wash/head massage. I had a massage pre-booked before I tweak my neck and wasn’t able to turn it to the right. NEVER GO HERE! This wax place is beyond gross. I've had brazilians for 5 years...from actual brazilians. Not only did the person waxing me use items that were clearly not cleaned or replaced from a previous client (pubes still on the stick), they used the WRONG wax. I've never bled from a wax before, no matter how long between visits, but I bled from the wax type and technique used here. This place was truly awful and shouldn't have licensed beauticians. It was gross. Plus, the lady was rude and made me feel like I was the weird one.
