He then had the audacity to tell me this place is for men, not women, and demanded money. First time ever visiting a Vivo Salon and I'm so glad I booked here at the Lambton salon and was lucky enough to be booked in with Chloe, who did an absolutely amazing job with my hair!! I have been bleaching my hair for sometime and wanted to add some depth, Chloe knew the look I was after straight away after a brief chat and nailed the colour/toner and cut I was after! I made the regrettable decision to buy a few items, including a ring priced at $30-$40. It looked absolutely stunning for about an hour until I noticed it had already started to tarnish. And yes, I take good care of my jewelry by removing it before washing my hands, etc. The same issue occurred with my bracelets. The quality is disappointing considering the price. I understand that it's costume jewelry, but am I wrong to expect these pieces to last at least a couple of hours?!
