I take a dip in the hydrotherapy pool with my crew. The water is always warm and has a bit of a flow, which is cool. I love my swim every time. The pool team are happy to lend us noodles and swim jackets if we want, and they'll fetch them if they're put away. They're always kind and polite. Once, a swimmer from another area banged on our doors while we were changing. The staff took him back and said sorry, assuring it wouldn't happen again. And it hasn't. What I adore about this pool is the clock on the wall with the right time. It's up high so everyone can see clearly. First time for a full skin check. Saw Dr O'Sullivan who patiently explained what she was going to do and what she was looking at, even called in another Dr for second opinion, which is reassuring and a good reason to use a specialist clinic. Had a couple of spots come up and I could see a Dr here sooner than I could see my own Dr and found a few to keep an eye on I wasn't even aware of myself and wouldn't have asked about if it wasn't for a full body check.
