The Trainers are awesome, they will happily adapt to different fitness/ability levels and are super encouraging and the general atmosphere is fun, friendly and supportive. I always found gyms quite intimidating, but I was always interested in boxing and a friend recommended Bodyshot Fitness. I went to a free trial, and signed up and have been loving it ever since! All the trainers are super nice and encouraging and teach you all you need to know at a pace you are comfortable with. Had a delightful visit, second time here. Definitely go in the morning... visited late afternoon and many animals were asleep or hiding. (Previously went in the morning and had a much better time!) Staff were helpful with any queries and the wildlife park has a great layout, with plenty of informative posters and interesting exhibits. The gift shop is lovely, haven't tried the food yet but heard good things about it (apart from the prices aimed at tourists).
