I always get major nerves visiting new places but Keira and Lily make you feel right at home each time you come in. I've been here 3 times now, Keira is fantastic with her massages and Lily is fantastic with eyebrows. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family!

After visiting another plunket clinic and receiving a warm reception from kind, compassionate individuals who encouraged me to drop by anytime, even just to say hello... my experience at the Whakatane Plunket clinic was quite the opposite. I didn't feel embraced. It seemed like we were an inconvenience, despite it being a drop-in clinic! We were advised not to return for a few months, giving the impression they didn't want to see us until then, regardless of the circumstances. I'm uncertain if I'll revisit after that encounter. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the woman we met.

It was also challenging to get them to turn back on once turned off.
