I would not even suggest this place to my worst enemy. The blanket on the bed was visibly stained and dirty, while the pillow was utterly repulsive. There was a noticeable lack of hygienic cleaning equipment, and the room felt bare and far from sterile, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. This massage was a disaster. The staff were so unfriendly, and the therapist who worked on my back, neck, and shoulders clearly had no training. It was incredibly painful, and I still feel sore and bruised hours later. I usually prefer a firmer touch, but this was unbearable. I wasn’t going to write a review since i don’t know much about hair but since being to a different professional and having everything explained to me in detail i feel like i should let people know. i had been going to this salon for a while and at the start i loved the way my hair looked and then it started to look very bright at my scalp and very ashy at the bottom this is because they overlap their foils with existing bleach this makes the hair extremely fragile and damaged i believe this is why my hair is in the condition it is now i used to have beautiful healthy hair and now it struggles to grow past a certain length, after i noticed it looking very bright at the top and ashy at the bottom i decided to get brown dye put in, my hair has snapped off so badly and it has made me super stressed and upset. Another thing that alarmed me was how it hurt when the foils were taken out i feel like yanking them out would cause more damage and when i went to a different salon i couldn’t even feel her pulling them out so there is definitely a better way to get the foils out. i knew my last time going to this salon was when i arrived on time and had not eaten anything that morning but i didn’t want to make her late for her next appointment by getting something to eat and when i got there she said she was running behind but didn’t give me an estimated time and i ended up waiting 39 minutes and i was still paying for “extra long” hair even though my hair had to be cut super short since it was all snapped and fried off. again the only reason i am writing this review is because my self confidence has gone down so much because of my hair and i’ve experienced much better treatment at a different salon and i think you should spend your money somewhere elseThe Hair Collective is open in Monday: 12:00-20:00 Tuesday: 12:00-20:00 Wednesday: 9:00-17:00 Thursday: 9:00-17:00 Friday: 9:00-17:00 Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed

Got my nails done here, gel mani/pedi. Absolutely loved it! The color choices were fantastic and the service was top-notch. While there, I noticed they offered lash extensions. Intrigued, I decided to give it a go since the prices were reasonable. The lashes turned out more dramatic than I anticipated, even though I opted for a natural look. When I asked if they could adjust them, they couldn't, but they offered to redo them. Since I was leaving for Australia the next day, they squeezed me in that afternoon. They removed and redid my lashes at no extra cost, and the second time they were perfect! I was impressed by their service and willingness to accommodate me.
