I sustained a work-related back injury that had been bothering me since December of 2022. I first visited in March. It turns out I had a back strain that caused constant suffering and disrupted my sleep. I had a session with Tama and she performed deep tissue massage for relief and guided me through back strengthening exercises that alleviated the pain. Fast forward to June and I re-injured myself at work. The same dull pain resurfaced, and I sought an appointment with Rongo this time. We discovered that the underlying issue was my lack of core strength which led to the injury. My back is now pain-free again, and this time I feel it's for good.
