Upon arrival, there were only a handful of parking spots near the establishment. Initially uncertain about the entrance due to a lack of clear directions, we made our way up the stairs to a tranquil waiting area. Warmly welcomed by the staff, we felt at ease. Opted for a couple's massage with an additional 15-minute head massage. 75 minutes of pure bliss commenced with a delightful foot scrub. I received a soothing pregnancy massage while my husband enjoyed a robust massage. Time passed swiftly, and we didn't want it to end. The room was cozy, the therapists communicated effectively, and we will definitely rebook when in Auckland!!! If this was 5 years ago, I would have praised this chemist as the best in the city center. However, the service from the ladies at the counter made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will make sure to inform others not to expect more than one question at the pharmacy counter. Unacceptable - I will be lodging complaints with both UOA and Unichem management.
