Utterly regretting my decision to visit this establishment, went there yesterday for the first time as my usual spot was shut. The individual was on the phone while working on my massage and managing bookings, I thought the massage was meant to be relaxing?? And then she kept leaving the room for some unknown reason. I shelled out $80 for what? The worst massage experience, even the head massage was excruciating she was practically digging into my scalp and causing pain.

Such a lack of respect! I scheduled an appointment and planned my day around it, considering I have a 5 month old baby to care for. They messaged me saying they would be 20 minutes late, then later said it could take even longer. I went to the salon to inquire about the delay, understanding that appointments can change (especially since I have to arrange child care), but they were neither apologetic nor helpful. When I mentioned my child was waiting in the car with my mother, they rudely questioned why the child was there and refused to do my hair. I no longer wanted their services, but it's disheartening to encounter such arrogance and disrespect from someone working in a salon, let alone owning it. I had to adjust my schedule to accommodate the appointment, so it's disappointing to see individuals like this managing businesses. I'm frustrated and hope they don't treat other mothers the same way. Mean-spirited and disrespectful... I will definitely warn other mums in Wellington about this salon.
