Jaxon did this cover up piece on my leg. Tricky task as I didn't want it too dark, but the initial tattoo was quite dark. I reckon he did a top job concealing it and transforming it into a deeply symbolic piece that I'm really chuffed with :) and the pain was bearable. I scheduled a beauty appointment with Tania to have my upper eyelids tattooed as I was reaching a point of 'not bothering anymore' with eyeliner.

Upon arrival, there were only a handful of parking spots near the establishment. Initially uncertain about the entrance due to a lack of clear directions, we made our way up the stairs to a tranquil waiting area. Warmly welcomed by the staff, we felt at ease. Opted for a couple's massage with an additional 15-minute head massage. 75 minutes of pure bliss commenced with a delightful foot scrub. I received a soothing pregnancy massage while my husband enjoyed a robust massage. Time passed swiftly, and we didn't want it to end. The room was cozy, the therapists communicated effectively, and we will definitely rebook when in Auckland!!! I haven't had my hair cut by Kiwi for a number of years, after we moved to the other side of town. But after having my hair cut & a curl treatment last night plus our son had his hair cut too. She didn't disappoint. Not only does she explain the process and after care suggestions. We shared loads of memories and laughs. I had a terrible experience and spent $184. The final result was nothing like what I asked for - I wanted to go darker but was told they couldn't do balayage. I was charged extra on top of the $149 package because my hair was 2 inches past my shoulders. However, it was cut much too short and uneven. Why is it that hairdressers never seem to deliver what you request? I am extremely disappointed, and unfortunately, the evidence is right there on my head. The technician was a delightful individual and one of the most sought-after brow experts at the salon. However, my brows ended up looking worse than they did before I arrived. These treatments seem to only work well for specific shapes and hair lengths (mine look much better when not trimmed but following the natural hair flow). Fortunately, I opted for a hybrid tint at $85 instead of investing over $1,000 in something permanent. So, ladies, be cautious. Don't be swayed by the hype; it's best to test and try before committing. The in-person customer service was excellent, but there was some disorganization and unprofessionalism beforehand. (Be wary of the voucher system, as it may not function correctly, leading you to pay double until your refund is processed.)
