I placed an order for cartridges, was initially informed they had arrived, then later informed about an issue, leading to a reorder of OEM cartridges to receive them within a reasonable timeframe, only to discover the wrong cartridge had been ordered.
Went without a printer for a week during this process. Yesterday I visited Jordan and I must say I was thoroughly impressed! The entire experience was flawless from beginning to end. I indulged in a Chillout Signature massage and I found myself not wanting it to conclude. Every detail was perfect. The massage bed had a toasty electric blanket (a small touch that I truly appreciate in a massage), the establishment was impeccably clean and exuded a delightful aroma, but most importantly, I was in a state of pure bliss throughout the entire session and now feel incredibly relaxed. The rain began to fall mid-massage, and there is nothing quite like unwinding in a cozy, warm space while being pampered to the soothing sound of rain. She was incredibly kind and reassuring, which helped ease my insecurities about my skin condition. She greeted me warmly and was very kind. This middle-aged fair-haired Karen who definitely had the right manners to serve other white client before me, showing nothing but impatience and nervousness when I was checking the ingredients as the “ description of the shampoo changed”. She was extremely impatient and pushy and kept telling me she was 100% sure it was the same product. No Karen! It’s not! Other shops are selling the ones you don’t have at the moment!
