In the change area, there's a stellar rain shower along with private showers stocked with shampoo and conditioner. The steam room is a hit, along with the ice bowl. They also have a sauna, clothes spinner, dryer, and lockers. A massage here is pure relaxation with their skilled hands. I always choose this hotel when in Wellington. Strongly recommend.About

Equipment comes in individual packages, so a new file and scissors is used per manicure, so you don't have to worry about cross contamination between customers. This manicure process involves doing each nail individually, so it takes longer than usual manicures. The place itself was clean and very organized. The spa is cozy and inviting. Spacious steam room and sauna. Enjoyable movie room to chill in and complimentary coffee. They also have a small shop where you can grab noodles and chips. The staff are consistently welcoming. The music is always on point. I used to frequent the one in Auckland but it shut down. This one is way better than Te Anau.
